The 404 Hotel operates on a hands-off approach to luxury hospitality. A visit to The 404 Hotel affords travelers the amenities of a luxury hotel experience, with the convenience and privacy that comes with a rented apartment. All guests are provided with an email confirmation of their four-digit code allowing them to enter the hotel and their room privately.  Our team is on site daily between noon and 8pm, so our concierge is only a phone call away at 615-242-7404. Should guests require assistance during hours when our team is not on site, all calls will be forwarded to an answering service. In case of emergency, please call 911.

What do I need to know about payment and cancellation Information? 2017-05-25T16:58:27+00:00

The 404 Hotel is a five room, one of a kind, luxury hotel that requires full payment 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made by 3 PM one week prior to your check-in date, at which time you will be charged the full amount of your entire stay. Please note, if you book within the cancellation period referenced above, your credit card will be charged the full amount of your room rate. Nashville is a vibrant, growing city, and as our neighborhood continues to grow, we cannot predict when and where new construction will begin; unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on confirmed reservations if construction occurs near us during your stay.

How do I gain access to my hotel room? 2017-05-25T16:57:32+00:00

Prior to your arrival to The 404 Hotel, guests will receive access information via email. The email reservation confirmation will include a four-digit access code for entry to the hotel and guest room, as well as parking and location information.

How early can I arrive, and how late before I must depart? 2017-05-25T16:57:03+00:00

Guests may arrive at 3 pm on the first day of their stay, and must depart by 11 am on their day of departure. Please note that room entry access codes will not work prior to 3 pm, and will automatically deactivate at 11 am.

Yes, one parking space per room is included with your stay. Four enclosed spaces are located in the rear of the hotel and accessed through the Station Inn parking lot (adjacent to the hotel). One on-street space is located in front of hotel between the signs designated HOTEL GUEST PARKING. Please place the parking pass left in your room on your dash during your stay. It is important to note that the hotel parking spaces are not very spacious, and large sized vehicles may have difficulties maneuvering in our lot.

Yes, Wi-Fi access at The 404 Hotel is complimentary and login information can be found in the guest book located on the desk in your guest room.

No, The 404 Hotel is a 100% non-smoking facility. Please be advised that should you smoke in one of our rooms, a fee of $500 will be automatically charged to the credit card you provided plus any additional damages assessed by our cleaning service provider.

We can’t make promises because of our limited storage space, and our onsite hours, so it is best to contact us via phone or email to discuss luggage storage options.

What happens if I left an item behind after I departed? 2017-05-25T16:53:50+00:00

Our team will notify guests via phone or email of items left behind; shipping, or on site pick up options will be coordinated once contact with guest has been made. If contact does not occur, guest items left behind will be held for a maximum of 30 days, after which, items will be donated or discarded.

Yes, it is true. While we love children and pets; especially cute ones, unfortunately, The 404 Hotel is not properly equipped to accommodate their needs for perfect, safe and fun stay.
