Chef Matt Bolus of The 404 Kitchen in Nashville will welcome Chef Justin Burdett of Local Provisions in Asheville, N.C. for a WhistlePig Dinner.
Each course has a distinct pairing featuring 5 different WhistlePig releases, 3 of which haven’t been released in Tennessee.

Whiskey pairing: Old World Muscat Finished 12 year (served neat)

3rd Course
Dry Aged Pork | herbed polenta | frisee | pecans | rye whiskey cherries
Whiskey pairing: Pork Fat Washed Whistle Pig Manhattan

4th Course
Duck Breast | fermented fruit | turnip | jus
Whiskey pairing: Strawberry Boss Hog

Whistle Pig Parfait | maple syrup | crumble | Italian Rye Meringue
