On April 3, Chef Matt Bolus will host an instructional class and dinner on the Big Green Egg at The 404 Kitchen. Upon arrival at 6:30PM, guests will be greeted with a cocktail and passed hor d’oeuvres and will convene to the rooftop patio overlooking The Gulch to begin the cooking instruction. Meant to be a small and intimate gathering of friends, everyone in attendance will have access to Chef Bolus to ask questions and watch him prepare dinner.
The Big Green Egg is a fantastic cooking tool but can be intimidating to the novice cook, and Chef Bolus would like to make all home cooks comfortable with this piece of equipment. Foods will be prepared in two methods: Low and Slow and Hot and Fast. By the time your hour-long instruction if completed, you should be able to go home and create an impressive and masterful meal on your own Big Green Egg.
After moving inside to the dining room guests will have a 4-course, wine-paired dinner featuring all foods prepared on the Egg.
